Hi! We're back again already, because there's too much important stuff to wait. Specifically:
JoCo Cruise 2020 Merch Store is NOW OPEN!
The JoCo Cruise 2019 Online Merch Store is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Now is your chance to pre-order official JoCo Cruise Merchandise.
This year's artwork by our friend James Provost , who did our "sprue" art last year, and this year he's completely outdone himself with an "exploded view" of the Nieuw Amsterdam mid-JoCo Cruise. It's packed with awesome details and Easter eggs; here's a link to a hi-res version for you to peruse and see just how awesome it is.
For JoCo Cruise 2020, we've got unisex and fitted t-shirts (in two colors), posters, hoodies, challenge coins, lapel pins, luggage tags, and playmats (for all your dice rolling and card-tapping-and-untapping needs). Between now and December 16, 2019, you can go to the store to place orders—you'll be automatically prompted to log into your JCC User Account if you aren't already logged in; payment is processed via PayPal. Your completed order balance and payment will be reflected in your User Account. All ordered merchandise will be delivered directly to your stateroom on Day 1 of JoCo Cruise 2020. How convenient! And no postage & handling charges!
Our 2020 merch will be available on board the cruise as well, but all on-board sales must go through the ship's store system, which adds a significant markup. And once the cruise is over, that's it; the store won't re-open post-cruise, so don't miss your chance. And you'll never get better prices on JoCo Cruise 2020 merch than right now!

Policy Change for Primary Contact Transfers and Berth Cancellations
Please note that our policy regarding Primary Contact Transfers (i.e., transferring the "main contact" for a booking to another person) has changed—specifically, the administrative fees have increased as we get closer to our sailing date. The cutoff date for allowing Primary Contact Transfers is now later than previously listed.
Additionally, the administrative fee structure for berth cancellations has also been altered—fees for berth cancellations closer to our sailing date have increased.
