Whoops! Re: Name Confirmation

In the email we sent to you earlier today, you were asked to confirm the legal names of the passengers as listed in your booking are correct.

Unfortunately, for those passengers with preferred names that differ from their legal names, the email mistakenly listed their preferred names rather than legal names. This error was due to multiple gremlins sabotaging the system. (These gremlins are a known scourge, and the latest strain are antibiotic-resistant.)

Our coding team is valiantly battling the gremlins as we speak; once they've been properly subdued and sent back to their own dimension, we'll send out a revised email that correctly lists the legal names for everyone to confirm. Coming SOON™.

Until that grand victory is inevitably achieved, please send well-wishes to our besieged tech team as they fight the good fight against the forces of evil and errant e-mail merge codes. (In other words, no need to email us about this issue between now and then, we're working on it.)
