Last-minute Lineup Change
We are very sad to announce that Maria Bamford must cancel her appearance on JoCo Cruise 2024 due to illness. We're very sorry we won't have her along with us this year, and wish her the speediest possible recovery.
Luckily for us, standup comedian and all-around mensch Josh Gondelman has swept in at the last minute like a living, breathing deus ex machina to fill this sudden vacancy. We are extremely grateful to Josh for enthusiastically grabbing his go bag and jumping in with both feet on such short notice.
The schedule has been updated accordingly.
Oh, And Two More Things
- FYI, and per our FAQ , the smoking area onboard will be on the Sea View Deck (Deck 9, aft), in the forward port-side corner. (It's usually on the starboard side on the Nieuw Amsterdam , but in light of the DJ/lighting rig setup and dance parties happening on that side all week, the smoking area is swapped to port.)
- Jonathan wanted us to mention: for his performance on Wednesday evening, he and his band will be performing the entirety of his 2003 debut album, Smoking Monkey . Neat!
