Twit-arr is a web-based JoCo Cruise-specific messaging, calendaring, and social service developed and provided by JoCo Cruisers like you. It works over the ship's network, and you don't need to purchase Internet access to use it. If you wish, once you're onboard JoCo Cruise, you may create an account and use Twit-arr. (Your code won't work before then.)

You can find a PDF with a general overview and full instructions for Twit-arr at https://bit.ly/2022Twitarr . But the short version: it's JoCo Cruise-specific social media that doesn't require the Internet. Many folks use it to varying degrees during the week, but you're not obligated to.
