Stateroom Placement Requests

Hello, 2026 cruisers! And happy Pride Month!

As we'll soon be starting the process of assigning everyone their specific staterooms for JoCo Cruise 2026, we wanted to remind everyone who has any stateroom placement requests to log into your JoCo Cruise User Account to add them, or to double-check them if you added them previously. (If you don't have any particular replacement preferences, you may safely ignore the rest of this email.)

Once logged in, select your 2026 booking; on the main dashboard screen, scroll down to the Preferences section and press the "Manage Booking" button. You'll then be able to select preferences that your stateroom be at the front, middle, or rear of the ship, and/or closer to/further away from any elevators. (You can also write in any* other placement requests not covered by the above two items, as applicable.) See our FAQ for more info regarding stateroom placement requests.

We'll do our best to honor all requests, but they may be subject to availability and/or the logistics of where certain stateroom types are located onboard—e.g., some types are only located forward or aft, some are not near elevators, etc.
