Online Check in Reminder
Checking in online is a great way to save time at the cruise terminal AND to make sure that your personal data is correct. HAL's Online Check-in process must be completed more than 3 days before sailing (otherwise you will have to check in ON PAPER at the terminal, like it's the dark ages).
When checking in, please double-check that everyone is listed correctly:
- Your and other guests in your booking's names match your/their travel documents
- Your and other guests in your booking's country of citizenship, gender and birthdate match your/their travel documents
- All the guests in your booking are listed (our guest listing for your booking shows: *|ALLPAXNAME|*)
- If anything is incorrect, please write to us at booking@jococruise.com right away
- If there are no errors, please do not write to us
You'll need the following data to start online check in :
- Your HAL Booking Number: *|HALNUMBER|*
- Your Last Name
