HAL Online Check-in

If you haven't yet done so, now is a great time to walk through the online check-in process on Holland America's website . You can do so either via your HAL account (if you have one), or using your HAL Booking number, which is *|HALNUMBER|* .

On the main menu, under Manage My Cruise, select Check In, and it'll walk you through the process from there. Once done, you'll be able to access your boarding documents (which you can either access via HAL's Navigator app, have emailed to you, or print out manually) as well as print luggage tags (which will help get your bags efficiently delivered to your stateroom).

You have until 72 hours prior to departure to complete the online check-in process. If you don't, you'll have to do it manually at the cruiseport, which is annoying when you just want to get onboard the ship.

If you've booked very recently and haven't received a HAL booking number yet, you won't be able to check in until you've been given one; we'll send you your number as soon as we get it.
