The JoCo Cruise 2020 online schedule is now available, all shout hurrah!

The schedule is subject to change, although at this point we expect no "large scale" changes or surprises. There will be a few more additions over the coming week—mostly, some additional performer/guest "Office Hours" sessions.
While on board, updated versions of the schedule can be found:
- on the Sched page online (you DO NOT need to purchase onboard Internet access to view the Sched page; just connect to the ship's network)
- in the daily newsletter
- on printed and digital schedules posted throughout the ship
- via the on-demand menu of your in-stateroom TV
- deep inside your heart (it was there all along!)
We won't be handing out a printed version of the schedule to all attendees this year—trying to save a few trees—but if anyone would like a physical printout of the schedule while on board, you can get one via the JoCo Cruise Info Desk on Deck 1 in the Atrium.
Workshop Signups
Please note that several of the workshops being run by our performers/guests this year will have limited capacity. (Any capacity limits are noted in the event description.) People wishing to attend any of these workshops must apply via our Workshop Attendance Signup Form . (The link to this form can also be found in the description of each applicable workshop.) Applications will be accepted until March 1st, at which time applicants will be notified whether or not they have been selected to attend your chosen workshop(s). For any workshop with more submissions than there are slots available, attendees will be selected randomly from all submitted entries.
- One entry per person, please. Duplicate entries for any given workshop will be discarded, and will not increase your chances of being selected.
- If you wish to attend a workshop that does not have capped attendance, YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM. But note that attendance may still be subject to venue capacity.
- If you are not selected, you may still choose to wait in the "standby line" outside your chosen workshop's venue prior to its start time; in the event of no-shows and/or additional slots being made available, these will be allotted to "standby" persons on a first-come, first-served basis.
- PLEASE NOTE: if you are selected, but arrive late to your chosen workshop, your position may be given away to anyone waiting in the "standby line."
Minors and Shadow Cruise & Crafting Events
For all Shadow Cruise events and Crafting Room events, unless an event's description states otherwise, it is requested that all attendees of aged 12 and under be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Enforcement of this recommended guideline shall be at the discretion of the person(s) running each given event. While we welcome and encourage the participation of our 12-and-under Sea Monkeys, our onboard events need to be adequately staffed and sufficiently able to manage the needs of all their attendees.
One Final Note Re: Shadow Cruise
This year, we have over 250 hours of Shadow Cruise programming—50+ hours more than last year! So first off, many thanks are due to Shadow Master Bob (aka rhaje) for his Herculean efforts to find places and times for everything, which was no mean feat.
Given the volume of the Shadow Cruise this year, we will be unable to add new Shadow Cruise events to the schedule while onboard, the way we have in previous years. If you wish to schedule any new events while onboard, we recommend organizing them via Twit-arr and/or the easel pads in the Explorer's Lounge (Deck 2, Aft), and we recommend you hold them in the larger public spaces with ample available seating (Lido Market, Sea View Pool area, etc.). Please make sure that any onboard events you organize don't conflict with any existing Official or Shadow Cruise events in your chosen location. (In the event of such a conflict, existing scheduled events will be given priority.)
