The JoCo Cruise 2025 Sched page is the authoritative source for the week's events. It will be viewable onboard without having to purchase Internet access—the site is "allow-listed" on the ship's network. Sched also offers a free app you can download and use onboard if you wish. Daily versions of the schedule will also be posted by the ship's elevator banks, in a daily newsletter distributed to everyone's cabins, and via your cabin's on-demand TV system. But in the event of any last-minute changes, the Sched page will be the best place for updated, accurate information.

Sched lets you add events to "My Schedule" for a customized personal schedule at a glance. To be clear, this is not an official sign-up/attendance process, and adding an event to your schedule doesn't guarantee you entrance (such as the various crafting workshops and other events with limited capacity). The schedule is subject to change without notice, though we will do our best to notify everyone in the event of any major changes in official schedule events.

Dinner

As in previous years, our evening schedule revolves around the night's Main Concerts/dinner. That is, on most days, at 5 pm the Gold Team can go watch the Main Concert in the World Stage theater, while the Red Team's dinner seating starts in the Main Dining Room. Then, at 7:30, the Red Team gets to go see the same acts in the World Stage, while the Gold Team's Main Dining Room dinner seating starts. (Of course, nobody is required to either attend the Main Concerts or have dinner in the Main Dining Room. It's your vacation, spend it however you like.)

EXCEPTIONS:

• On Day 1 (Sunday), the dinner/main concert start times are 5:30 pm and 8 pm. (Because we don't want anyone to have to miss the 5 pm sailaway party!)
• On the evening of Day 5 (Thursday), because we're in St. Maarten until 6 pm, the Main Dining Room will be on an "As You Wish" dining schedule. This means that, rather than the usual Early and Late dinner seatings, you can go to the Main Dining Room anytime between 5 pm and 9 pm.
• The ship does ask that, all things being equal, you should try to arrive at or near your usual dinner seating time; more to the point, if 1700 people all show up at 5 pm (or whenever), there physically won't be room for everyone.
• People who have requested fixed seating must still arrive at their usual 5 pm or 7:30 pm dinner seating time in order the receive their usual reserved table.
• Instead of Main Concerts this evening, we'll have a series of one-off performances in the World Stage (Hey Riddle Riddle; Um, Actually; and Jonathan Coulton's full-band show). Anyone can attend any of these shows; those who particularly want to see a given performance that evening should make their dinner plans that evening accordingly.

In the Main Dining Room, you're not assigned tables or seats; on any given night, you may sit at any table you wish, other than any tables reserved for people who have specifically requested fixed dinner seating. (Also, during the Gold Team dinner, the aft port—i.e., back right—section of the upper Main Dining Room is reserved for JoCo Cruise crew and performers.) Some attendees like to settle into a routine, whereas other like to switch things up and meet new people each night. You do you.

Once again: nobody is ever obligated to have dinner in the Main Dining Room on any given evening; there are numerous other dining options available on any given night—the Lido Market, in-room dining, New York Pizza, and the several specialty restaurants onboard.

Time Change

On all cruises, events operate on "Ship Time," which doesn't always match up with the current time zone in which the ship is located.

As is noted on our schedule, we will have one time change during JoCo Cruise: at 2 am on Wed. Mar. 5th (or if you like, very late on the night of Tue. Mar. 4th), "Ship Time" will move forward one hour to 3 am. This is the only time change happening during the week, thanks to the math of the time zones, our ports of call, and Daylight Saving Time.

Because Sched isn't built for events that travel and cross through time zones, this may cause issues if you import the Sched data into your personal calendar. Again, please be aware of this as you go through the week and confirm that your personal calendar is on the same time we are; we'd hate for anyone to show up late and miss an event because their phone made a change they weren't expecting (or didn't make an expected change).

Finally, please note that if you use the ship's Internet plan for your computers and/or mobile devices, they may not automatically adjust time zones at the same time that Ship Time changes, and you may have to manually adjust your device's time setting for it to reflect Ship Time. You can always confirm the current official Ship Time on any clock onboard, or on your stateroom TV.

"Age Appropriateness" Labels

New for 2025: most events listed in Sched have been assigned an "age appropriateness" label: "All Ages," "Specifically for Kids," "Teens and Older" or "Adults Only." These are meant to help attendees—particularly those traveling with children—regarding what degree of "mature content" a given event may include. JoCo Cruise won't be prohibiting entry to any events; these labels are merely intended to serve as guidelines, and attendees should make their decisions accordingly.
