JoCo Cruise 2020 - On Sale December 6th!
2020 will mark JoCo Cruise's tenth (!) sailing. We're amazed—happily so!—at how this event has grown and thrived over the years, and we're thrilled about how many people have made new friends, connected with old friends, and formed our cruise into such a warm, friendly, welcoming and happy community.
But you better hope that you're not a "stop" in 2020, because we plan to pull out as many of them as possible as we gear up for JoCo Cruise 2020!

If you already have a JoCo Cruise User Account, we will email you a customized link on Thursday that will automatically log you into your User Account. (You can also log in manually if you don't use the provided link, but we strongly recommend you use the link, it'll save you potential headache later.)

Prices and Discounts
Here's the breakdown of cabin pricing for JoCo Cruise 2020. All prices listed are per-person:

All prices above reflect JoCo Cruise’s all-in pricing , which includes all costs necessary to sail aboard JCC2019 (cruise fare, government taxes/fees, and pre-paid gratuities).
The following discounts are available for JoCo Cruise 2020:
- Early Booking Discount - $100 per person Bookings made on or before April 1, 2019 may receive a $100 per berth discount off the full retail price.
- Returning Monkey Discount - $75 per person Anyone who has sailed on any previous JoCo Cruise may receive a $75 per berth discount off the full retail price. This discount applies to all members of a Returning Monkey's booking, even if not all of them are Returning Monkeys.
- Toddler/Infant Discount - $400 per toddler/infant Children under the age of 3 as of the date of sailing (March 7, 2020) may receive a $400 per-child discount.
- Child Discount - $250 per child (ages 3-12) Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old as of the date of sailing (March 7, 2020) may receive a $250 per-child discount.
- 4% Pay in Full Discount Passengers paying their balance in full at the time of booking may be eligible for a 4% Pay in Full discount. Discount will be available to the first 300 bookings, or until April 1, 2019, whichever comes first.
- Balance must be paid in full all at once at time of booking to be eligible for the Pay in Full discount; making an initial deposit and paying the balance “in a day or two” or any other type of installments are NOT eligible for this discount
- Pay in Full discount is applied to your booking’s remaining balance after any and all other applicable discounts have been applied
- Discount will NOT be applied to any berths added after the initial booking has been made. (e.g., if you book a single occupancy room and then later add a second occupant, your Pay in Full Discount does not apply to the additional cost of that second berth.
Initial Deposits - as Little as $100 Per Person
Anyone currently booked on JoCo Cruise 2019 qualifies for the following special, reduced initial deposit amount if you book on or before March 7, 2019:
- Bookings made on or before March 7: $100 per person
- An additional $400 per person (total of $500 per person) is due by March 31, 2019
All other bookings (i.e., anyone not currently booked on JCC2019, and/or JCC2019 passengers who book after March 7) are according to the following schedule:
- On or before May 27, 2019: $500 per person
- May 28, 2019: an additional $500 per person
- August 28, 2019: an additional $500 per person
- January 11, 2020: remaining balance in full
All deposits are 100% refundable until May 1, 2019 . (see below)
Club SRO
As those of you on JoCo Cruise 2019 are already aware, we've started a new program called Club SRO, available to a limited number of guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Club SRO is designed for JoCo Cruise guests who don't need or want to attend the onboard main concerts (e.g., people who don't like crowds, nerd-adjacent spouses, sixteen-hour-a-day dungeon masters, etc.).
People who join Club SRO each receive a $100 credit to their onboard stateroom accounts (plus additional benefits TBA). In return, they will not have guaranteed seating at the nightly Main Concerts, but instead can either wait until after the show start for open seats (if available), or watch the show via simulcast in the Billboard Onboard lounge or later on via their stateroom TVs. You will be emailed a link to the Club SRO application form upon completion of the JoCo Cruise 2020 booking process. If you're interested in joining, please fill out that form.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings made before January 1, 2020 may be cancelled within 7 days of original booking with no cancellation fees.
- Bookings made on or after January 1, 2020 may be cancelled within 24 hours of original booking with no cancellation fees.
Outside of the above “penalty-free” grace periods, cancellation fees are assessed per the following schedule:
- Cancellation on or before April 30th, 2019: Full refund
- Cancellation from May 1 through July 31, 2019: $500 per person
- Cancellation from August 1, 2019 through January 17, 2020: 50% of the total booking price
- Cancellation on or after January 18, 2020: No refund
