Riz Rollins Is On The Boat!

The Management is pleased to welcome DJ Riz Rollins to the 2017 lineup!

Check out Riz's bio below: Writer and DJ Riz Rollins (just 'riz' to his friends) has been a presence in the Seattle music landscape where he has hosted a variety and electronica show on 90.3 fm for almost thirty years. A stalwart in both the club and event scene, he has played alongside a diverse roster of artists that includes Nirvana and James Brown, Die Antwoord and Funkadelic, Amon Tobin and Osunlade. Proficient with a plethora of styles that include disco, hip hop, house, world, R&B, ambient, jazz and gospel, he regrets that he won't be slugging his vinyl on this trip, but maybe he'll invite you over for tea and rekkid playing, hopefully soon.

JoCo Cruise Forums

It's reasonably well known that we employ a million monkeys sitting at a million typewriters at all times. Well, the monkeys have been busy lately—we upped their caffeine and Skittles intake—and they've conveniently churned out the code for JCC website discussion forums !

It's our hope that you'll use these forums to:

• Organize activities amongst yourselves (especially shadow cruise events) * Socialize and perform other human functions in an Internet-enabled way without needing to traipse about on platforms owned by large brands (we are a tiny brand, yay!), and which do not reach all Sea Monkeys. (You're of course still welcome to use the Sea Monkey Facebook groups, etc.; these forums are merely another option for interaction, not intended as a replacement.) * Hear from THO in a less formal context than mass emails.

You'll need to log into your JCC User Account to post messages and replies. As these forums are brand new, we also welcome all feedback/suggestions regarding them.

Final reminder that tomorrow, 12/23, is the final day to order from the JCC2017 Online Merch Store and the Sponsors/Vintage Merch Store to get the best available prices on the JCC2017 merch that you NEED AND MUST HAVE AND DEFINITELY WILL BUY. (We took an online course in marketing; did you see our subtle sales pitch there just now?)
